How long until I get my suit?

Usually 6–8 weeks from the day you approve your design and measurements. If you have a race date, tell us when you order and we'll plan around it.

How does the deposit work?

Pay 30% today to start your build. The balance is due after you approve your final design and measurements, before production begins.

How do I take my measurements?

You don't do it alone. We book a video call and a specialist guides you through each of the 30+ measurements. It takes about 30 minutes and you'll need a tape measure and a friend.

What if the suit doesn't fit?

If your suit doesn't match the measurements we agreed, we alter it or remake it free. Contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Can I add my own logos, name and number?

Yes. Upload logos after checkout or send them on WhatsApp. Your name, number, country flag and sponsor logos are all included.

Can I cancel or get a refund?

You can cancel any time before production starts and get your full deposit back. Once production begins, custom suits can't be refunded because they're made only for you.

Will I pay customs or import duty?

Shipping is free worldwide. Some countries charge import duty or tax on delivery, which the buyer pays. Ask us before ordering and we'll tell you what to expect.

Can you repair my suit after a crash?

Send us photos of the damage. We'll tell you whether it can be repaired and quote for it, or help you reorder with the same design.
