The Lumen is a black and neon yellow two-piece leather motorcycle racing suit with a bold split-color design. A jacket and pants set with CE armor at the key impact zones, stretch panels for movement and a close race fit, it is built for track days and spirited riding, and it makes sure everyone in the paddock knows you are there.
The Lumen puts black on one side and neon yellow on the other, with matching stripes running down the sleeves and legs and Alpha Wing branding on the chest, arms and thighs. The high-visibility yellow is easy to spot on track and in traffic, and the black keeps the suit looking sharp and clean.
It works well on a black, grey, yellow or white bike, and it pairs easily with black or yellow-and-black gloves and boots. Want a different color combination or your own name and number on it? Build a custom racing suit around your measurements.
A race suit only protects you if the armor stays where it should. The Lumen is cut for a riding position, so the shoulder, elbow and knee protectors sit over the joints when you are tucked on the bike instead of drifting when you move.
The leather is abrasion-resistant, which is why racers choose it for a slide, and the CE-certified armor absorbs impact where bones are most exposed.
The main panels are made from cowhide leather, or kangaroo leather for abrasion resistance. Black stretch panels at the sides and sleeves let the suit move with you in a full tuck, so you can reach the bars and look over your shoulder without the suit pulling or bunching.

A two-piece suit zips together at the waist, so it is easier to put on and cool down in, and it is more practical if you ride on both street and track. A one-piece has no waist seam, which keeps the armor locked in place in a tuck, and many advanced track groups require one. If you ride mostly on the track, a one-piece is the safer choice.
A suit is one part of your kit, and requirements differ between track organizers, so check your organizer's rules before you book. These are the items most organizers ask about:

The Lumen shown here is a two-piece suit (jacket and pants).
Many track organizers accept two-piece leather suits that have a full-circumference zipper joining the jacket and pants, but rules differ. Check your organizer's gear requirements before you book. If you ride mostly on track, a one-piece is the safer choice.
